If the man is blah, SWAT is the minimum acceptable response.

If he’s white, and actually armed with a rifle, then he gets a stern talking to and a temporary confiscation.

judging by my personal experience with MD, i would say NOT lucky! hurled 30 seconds later and btw i have a pretty tough gut.
