People better get their law suits in order before the GOP/Trump ‘gerrymander’ the entire judicial system, like they currently are in the process of doing.
Also, I think it’s important that Trump and the GOP remain synonymous, such that anytime Trump says something (stupid, unintelligible, erroneous) that it is described as a GOP phrase or action and not solely attributed to Trump. This albatross should hang around their necks for at least a generation.

Were I to sit on this jury I would throw at them as many bags of money in punitive damages as I could. Not that it would do anything to ease their pain in the slightest, but what was done here is just pure evil. I hope they go after everyone on both the right and the far left who peddled this garbage. A horrific thing happened to this young man and those who spread this conspiracy did little more than take a dump on his legacy and good name in pursuit of lies to further their political beliefs.
The Right did the same to the ambassador who was killed in Ben Ghazi, despite his family’s pleas that they stop.

Why isn’t Sean Hannity named in this. He was one of the worst perpetrators in this case.
Sadly, the only thing Fox News will understand is money. They’ll never admit to wrongdoing, but having to pay a significant amount is an admission of sorts. If it really dents their bottom line, then that would be useful.

I think the family’s lawyer was just on with Andrea Mitchell. He said Fox went with this story because Seth worked for the DNC and he was dead. He couldn’t defend himself.

Every story like this (and there are more every day) proves that to work as a “reporter” at Fox means abandoning every pretense of impartiality and objectiveness, admitting you have no morality or ethics, and the truth is the absolute last thing you want to report on.
