Fortunately, DT has already set in motion the obvious preventive solution when he reversed Obama policy and resumed sales of military hardware to local police. Sessions also announced that the DoJ has finished its review of the Minority Report and has established a special unit that will arrest mass murderers before they have committed the actual crime. All is good in Trumplandia.

Yeah, that stood out for me as well. In the end it’s just a typical boilerplate (rightwing) response… “thoughts and prayers… justice!” which to me translates to, “we don’t really give a damn, but let’s toss out the trigger lines to make people think we do…”
Sessions was just paying lip service to the situation. The FBI is already involved, and events of this scope automatically engage Federal support. Everything he said is already in place. It’s not like he’s doing anything differently than the norm.
