Discussion: Sessions: My Russian Contacts Have Been 'Hyped Beyond Reason' (VIDEO)

What Russian contacts? I’m sooooo confused. I need KAC to explain things to me in a high-pitched, fast, screech until I calm down.
But anyway, I think we were talking about your perjury.

He went from not remembering the meetings, then not remembering the conversations topics, then very detailed accounting at a presser. Nothing to see here.

So what were you and the Russian ambassador chatting about? Armed Services Committee business? Really? Passing him the plans for our most advanced military technology? Or was it about the election? Or were you just swapping recipes?

Reverse Alzheimer’s? It’s been known to happen. There was a fantastic L&O Criminal Intent episode based on that premise.

In all seriousness, it is the lie about speaking for the Armed Services committee which will do him in, IMO.

Sessions lied to the Senate under oath, lied to the American public, and is one of at least SIX Trumpeteers to have met with Russian officials during the campaign.

Talk about “beyond reason”…

This is what happens when you try and cover-up.

Maybe a coconut fell on his head, like Gillian’s Island. But it was a reverse coconut amnesia.

Chaffetz: This is equivalent of multi-year Benghazi investigations.

For context, remember that it was Sessions that brought Carter Page, a relative unknown, on board. He’s way deeper in this than just one or two meetings with the ambassador.

Maybe the coconut IS his head.

“Hyped beyond reason”

OK. . . let’s see. . . birth certificate, Solyndra, Fast & Furious, IRS, Benghazi, Hillary’s emails . . . .

Fair is fair, let an investigation prove it’s “hyped beyond reason.”

Sessions said he “never gave that a thought” and argued that they were “different situations.”

Maybe, just maybe, I could see this coming out of the mouth of someone who knew nothing of the law or anything else, for that matter. However, we’re talking about someone who was the ranking Rethug on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Can’t be. Coconuts have stuff inside them.

Seriously
Why would he even need to be having a chit chat with the Russians
Just on appearances alone. Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck…
And just for fun lets just imagine that the roles were reversed and Hillary had a discussion with a Russian
Or an ex President had a discussion with a sitting Attorney General on a tarmac.
Oh the outrage
You’re going down motherfucker

Sorry, Jeff; this is what happens when you perjure yourself. For some reason, people suspect there’s something to hide.

old lesson taught… the coverup is often worse than the crime…

lesson learned? not so much…

As Lawrence O’Donnell pointed out last evening, every word Beauregard says in his own defense gets him that much closer to a perjury indictment.
