Discussion: Senator's Son To Seek New Civil Trial Against Joe Arpaio

My, these are some litigious GOP. The people who don’t want anyone else to be able to use the courts to sue for damages always seems to be suing someone for damages.

Both sides of this are nasty if you ask me. Glad I don’t live in that county or indeed in Az - I’d hate like hell to wind up on that jury if it goes that far.

Arpaio has a huge karmic debt to pay and this is a start. He pursues Flake’s son vindictively in order to embarrass the Senator during his re-election campaign and now the shoe’s on the other foot. With no pardon forthcoming for a civil offense.

Imagine that; Pardoned Joe’s side not releasing exculpatory evidence. I’m sure they’d never stoop so low, unless it was to pick up an infant to deport.

And Arpaio doesn’t have a good record of backing his mouth up with evidence that can hold up in legal proceedings.

Consider, for example, his “investigation” of Obama’ birth certificate. His volunteer “posse” and the deputy he sent to Hawaii produced no evidence of any kind, much less evidence that would lead one to questions Hawaii’s official declaration that Obama’s birth certificate is real and valid.

Your Honor, we have reached a verdict. It is the unanimous finding of the jury that both sides should be horsewhipped, tarred and feathered, and run out of town on a rail.

I’m just weirding out that what the Flake inlaws were charged with was one event of unintended animal cruelty when Arpaio was treating people with pretty much intentional and sustained cruelty to humans.

Arpaio is a sadist.

Obviously they were not doing such a good job “caring for” the dogs. Wonder if they even went by the place while it was in their care. When that many dogs suffer and die like that…all I can say is…fuck them. I’m good with hitting Arapio whenever possible but the Flakes and the in-laws suck.

So what kind of behavior would it take for a judge to change their mind about whether the investigator should face personal liability in a case like this? I bet it’s the kind of behavior that might get someone to think they might get manaforted.

I know it’s wrong to fat shame anyone, but I’m going to do it anyway.

Arpaio is a big fat sweaty fuck.
