What is going on in this photo? The committee chairman are both almost at the same degree tilt, as if trying to see something that is skewed sideways, while those behind them are upright. Odd.

Maybe it is taking longer to get because someone had to translate it into graphic novel form.

The Senate Intelligence Committee will receive access to former FBI director James Comey’s memos about his private conversations with President Donald Trump, Politico reported Wednesday.

Comey’s Memos

Kept in the Trump Ark of Discovenant, no doubt…

Get on with it already. When is the book coming out? Who will be on the cover?

Or they are studying a photo of the hair weave in the wind?

And they are both wearing lavender colored ties, for god’s sake!

But seriously, when I saw this photo, the thought I had was that each had a look of pensive shock, that they were hearing things that they were going to have to grapple with and neither was looking forward to the grappling.

OK… If this committee is not pursuing obstruction of justice issues why are they the committee viewing the Comey memos? I don’t get it. For the committee prestige value?

Exactly what should have been covered in the article, and the question I too have.

I think the sequence of Trump approaches and conversations with Comey, laid out in the Memos, are evidence of the collusion , of Trump’s consciousness of guilt, and his desire to squelch and shut down any Federal investigation over which he, as chief of the Executive Branch, has power.
It is his understanding of how things work, based on what happened after he made political contributions to the AG’s of Florida and Texas, who then ended their consumer fraud investigations into Trump U.
I think it is quite interesting that Mueller has committed to letting them view the Memos but not give them copies. Maybe it means the Memos will probably be Evidence in potential trials. And maybe it also means that there are people he absolutely does not trust on the Senate Committee.
