Okay, it’s time to go all deadwood on these GOP assholes.

Just typical Rethuglican bullying. Can’t work within the rules? Change them. I do hope the minority Senators do everything they can to stop this chicanery in the full Senate.

Good. Not one Democrat should vote to confirm this dude. Their fingerprints won’t be on the eventual destruction to our park lands, waterways, air, food supply, etc. It’ll be owned by the Republicans – the whole thing. They were going to get this guy in no matter what, so it’s best to do it with no Democratic votes.

“Suspending rules” to be followed by enacting “temporary security measures” and “necessary to streamline decision making.”

He needs to be referred to at the EPA Decommisioner because that is what he is there for.

“Pruitt’s nomination was met with considerable opposition from Democrats, who questioned his views on climate change…”

With sincere respect, Ms. MacNeal…

It’s “global warming”.

Über reprobate Frank Luntz crafted the weasel-words “climate change” as GOP misdirection.

TPM should not normalize Orwellian double-speak, especially in the age of Trump…

Republicans lack the patience or maturity to govern.

Republicans have not shown any interest in governing for a long time now. They only want to rule absolutely, therefore the democrats only option is to resist absolutely.

Sadly, once these craven Republicans secure their power, the country will not exist…

Why have an approval process at all? Russia does just fine without one.

What I’ve always found ironic is that it’s primarily the Res states that will suffer the most under the oversight of reprobates like this. The rural areas and the Rust Belt in general will become unlivable and eventually ungovernable.

In addition, there won’t be any effort made to mitigate the damages made by corporations when the areas are damaged. They’ll just remain damaged.

Instead of bitching, call your damn senators! I don’t care if you live in Oklafuckinghoma, call them! Let them know they’re being watched. And, in particular, every one in a purple state call your damn Senators! Call them and write them. Most of them don’t give a damn about email, but they all pay close attention to letters, faxes and phone calls.

House GOP just voted to allow coal mining waste to be dumped in rivers & streams. This is what that looks like: pic.twitter.com/neRHT0GU9E
