You can guarantee a few things - whatever the GOP comes up with to replace the ACA it will cost people more, provide crappier coverage, make the insurance companies even richer and be dysfunctional.

Article in the CJ the other day about these young millionaires buying up farms in KY and other farming states/countries. The reason they state for it is predicting that the US will default on the debt and other various sundries.

Once the Red states figure out that the what the ACA mostly did was save their hospital systems from collapse, it will be too late. LA, MS, AR, AL, TN, SC, IA, KS, SD, ND, NM say by-by to your hospital systems and your budgets. Half your populations will be without insurance and guess who will get to pick up the tab. Privatize the benefits, socialize the cost. That the GOP way.
