Discussion: Senate Approves Bill To Keep Gov't Open To Dec. 11

Discussion for article #241146

OK; this is going to be the usual Reich-wing clown circus, but I have not seen any articles on who the Gov. of Ohio, who is running for president, is going to put into Boehner’s 8th congressional district seat.

Anyone from Ohio…?

No business can run effectively on 90 day budget agreements…Let alone the Federal Gov’t…Yet this is what the tea gops have relegated the Nation to…And it is descending into chaos and significant uncertainty across the Board…

Disgusting detritus…the gop bags…

“But we will also have the wisdom to listen to our constituents and each other…”

And this is really the problem, isn’t it? They’re listening to their constituents and other morally stunted Rethugs in Congress who DON’T represent most of the country. They just don’t. They’re trapped in a vacuum of hatred, anger and stupidity that doesn’t care that it doesn’t represent most of the country. They want what they want.

"If you've just threatened one speaker with this and then you turn around before he's even done anything and threaten the next speaker with this, it's pretty clear to everyone else in the conference the speaker's not the problem — you're the problem,

Ahhh — The crux — And coming from … a… Republican —

The Governor doesn’t put someone in Boner’s seat. They have to schedule a special election. That may happen in March in their already scheduled Presidential primary election, or it could happen sooner.

Isn’t Kevin McCarthy the one that’s always been incapable of doing a adequate whip count? So that’s who the Thugs want for Speaker, huh?

Makes perfect sense to me now.
