“Ho” is a derogatory slang for women used in some urban areas.

“Ho” is also a Republican Senatorial ‘Bro-speak’ term for women with potential to serve as First Lady or White House Hostess.

“Slut” is the Republican term for single women who use contraceptives.

Understanding is fundamental.

One of the odd things about Graham’s stint in D.C. is he doesn’t even have a cover date or beard (depending if you accept the widely expressed rumor he is gay). He attends most functions alone, much like Condalezza Rice did (and though she hasn’t officially come out, its also pretty widely accepted that her female housemate is indeed her lover).

So, yeah, sister is probably the best Graham could come up with. And, while there is indeed no requirement that the President be married, there are a number of functions that a “FLOTUS fill in” would need to fulfill.
