Discussion: Second Judge Tells Interior Dept. To Reinstate Clean Air Regulations

Federal rules “are not intended to be adversarial” to the industry, Zinke said, adding that the Obama-era rule “penalizes oil and gas,”

Maybe, but failure to enforce those rules is adversarial to everyone and penalizes and threatens all living beings on this planet. Enforce the rules and respect the environment that sustains us all.

If only the Trump “administration” was not trouble by these pesky judges. (Meanwhile, I heave a huge sigh or relief that someone is standing up to the crooks and liars the current occupant has placed in positions of power.)

The judge said that the administrations delay was “untethered to evidence”. Unteathered to reality would be more like it.

These morons are just now finding out that Federal agencies don’t just “make rules” willy-nilly. There are extensive legal requirements that have to be met in order to enact a new rule, and by the same token, have to be met to change the rules. I have yet to see a statute that empowers an agency to engage in arbitrary and capricious rule-making.

Pruitt and Zinke are the two most damaging people to lead EPA and Interior since Anne Gorsuch and James Watt.

For some one who sat on the Natural Resources Committee while in the House Zinke sure didn’t pay attention now did he?

Zinke - another one of those unelected officials who makes decisions for special interests while harming the people’s land. Zinke is proving to be the corrupt tsunami on the dept of interior and our monuments and parks in particular.

Gasping for oxygen will actually help people in the long run …

A respiratory exercise … if you will —

When things really get bad … we’ll be glad for the strong lungs —

THANKS Zinke ! –
