This is the thing: Spicer, like so many in the executive branch right now, seem to have missed the lessons on the “public” aspect of “public service” and “public official” in our government. And while the younger crew have the excuse to point to that we stopped teaching civics 30 years ago, Spicer et al. don’t get that pass.
