Probably going to catch hell but cheese steaks with american or the whiz are gross. Provolone for me please (and I’ve lived in Philly).

American cheese? Good luck coming back to Wisconsin after that one…

Isn’t american cheese just solidified cheese whiz anyway?

What is it with this iconic veneration of fake cheese? Kerry had this problem too. The only solution is to hire a local to order for you, to ensure that the Philly bozos are fully in agreement with whatever crap you put on the bun. Me, I’d order it with brie and chives, and if you didn’t like it, I’d punch you in the nose.

Depends. Is American Cheese a “processed cheese food” like Cheez Whiz is? Assuming yes, the difference is probably in the amount of emulsifying agents or magic or something that is in one and not the other. This does not change the fact that Walker is a TOOL.

And eat it with your pinky extended?

Just as long as you don’t order anything with arugula or spicy mustard…

We already had a president who couldn’t or wouldn’t clean up his own messes–Bush—we certainly don’t need another. Seriously though, what a jerk to rely on others to do what should come nautrally to a fully functioning adult.

“…cut in line, left behind his trash…”

Isn’t that standard operating procedure for the Governor of Walkerstan?
Just more proof he leaves a trail of destruction in his wake.

That actually sounds kinda good. Add some brie and chives and I might actually have one.

Of course not, you fool. With the oyster fork. Geez, don’t people know anything today?

Walker is obviously positioning himself as the non-traditional cheesesteak guy in the primaries. He’ll doubtless backtrack in the general.

I can’t imagine he’ll ever learn to leave any place the way he found it though. It’s just not in him to not trash the joint.

I get the strategy of having a photo-op at a popular tourist attraction, enjoying local cuisine, but can anyone explain the strategy behind visiting two separate venues for two separate meals and photo-ops in one afternoon? Doesn’t that kind of just emphasize the phoniness of the excursion? Like, halfway through lunch at Geno’s did one of his aides remember the whole “speak English” controversy, and decide Walker needed to visit another cheesesteak joint for “balance”?

Rookie mistake.

(On a side note, Walker just spent more money on half-eaten cheesesteaks in one afternoon than the median Wisconsin homeowner will receive over the next year from Walker’s much hyped property tax cuts. Fiscal conservatism!)

Cheez Whiz and American cheese are both processed cheese. One just comes in a jar and is more like a sauce. Just like Velveeta. All are also used a lot for the not-so-good version of queso.

But I’m all for Walker looking like a big dummy.

Absolutely, correct, but running for president means eating weird local shit and pretending to like it, no matter how revolting Which explains why the part of Indiana where they eat brain sandwiches has never had a presidential visit.

So, basically, pretty much a metaphor for what he’s done to Wisconsin.

I’m a Hoosier and I wasn’t aware such a thing. I’m glad I not from there.
