This is all old news. It was thrown out of court TWICE back in December. Now it is being put out there by the âpressâ and they are hoping that even though it was thrown out of court twice, that people will believe just the âaccusationâ even though it is not true! The dems will drop to any level to disgrace any potential candidate for the Presidency. This is just the beginning of their dirty tricks.

It was put out there under order of a Federal judge. And the instigator was Walkerâs allies suing in the first place to try and keep their dirty dealings with Walker from being exposed.

Yesterday, Walker said he hadnât read the documents, couldnât recall anything in particular, wasnât aware of illegality, and certainly couldnât imagine that he would ever send an email to Karl Rove.
I wonder why all of a sudden heâs retreated back to his right-wing bubble of victimizationâŚ
Does Walker think all five of the District Attorneys investigating him are partisan? Even the Republican ones? What about the two judges that he has deemed are the most important people in this case? Are they partisan as well? And what about the judges Walker doesnât want to talk about? When Judge Randa first ruled in favor of Walker, Walker didnât want to weigh in one way or another on that ruling. Why the sudden change in opinion?

The Prosecutorsâ claims were their legal response to Walkerâs conservative buddies, who sued to quash the subpoenas against them. Itâs not the mediaâs fault that Walkerâs allies escalated to Federal court, trying to cover their own behinds.

Just out of curiosity⌠Do you think all investigations or accusations regarding politicians can be dismissed as dirty tricks? Or just the investigations and accusations leveled against Scott Walker or other Republicans? Iâm sincerely interested to know how far you are willing to take your logic. Are you just reacting out of partisanship or are you sincerely worried about the role that political âwitch huntsâ play in trying to disgrace any politician that claims to stand up to special interests?

Shorter version: We work hard to find loopholes in election laws. And, we will continue to work hard to find quasi-legal means to bypass that pesky democracy thing, and to rig elections. We conservatives wear sleaze as a badge of honor.

Since the first John Doe investigation only netted six convictions for Walkerâs cronies, it makes perfect sense to pretend itâs just dirty tricks. If he knew what his closest advisers and campaign staff were doing, he is corrupt. If he didnât know, he is incompetent. Granted, incompetence isnât a crime. Itâs unfortunate that so many Wisconsinites are so enamored by our corrupt and/or incompetent governor.

Partisans prosecutors??? So only Republican can be investigated by Republican investigators and prosecutors? How about two partisan jurist at both the state and federal levels. Judge Randa is partisan to the core, he have recused himself from hearing this case. His decision reads like partisan screed on behalf of the Koch Brothers which funds Club for Growth and funds Judge Randa trips to their various conferences. A complaint should be filed against to judicial performance review board for conflict of interest.
