It seems like they left out:
3.) Monroe was caught and is facing forty years in prison under existing laws so while it is relatively easy to commit fraud, it seems likely that you will also be caught.
So, the system works.That would seem to be enough of a deterrent for all but the most motivated and disprove the need for Voter ID laws.

I suspect I’ll be yawning and waiting for the Rethugs to shout from the mountaintop about this case of ‘clear’ voter fraud. I believe Reince Preibus is from Wisconsin and a former elected state representative, and he have a propensity to comment on voter fraud…silence! Crickets!!!
