Discussion: Scott Walker Says He Doesn't Know If Obama Is Christian

I agree that Scott Walker is everything you say he is, and his politics are deplorable; but I also agree with his comments, and those of his spokesperson, about the media and the public’s regard for them. I believe that few reporters know enough about issues of consequence to ask meaningful questions or to follow up on BS answers. Then there is the matter of producers looking for responses that can be edited into small sound-bites.

Way to man up there Scotty.

I know that you are NEVER going to be president!

To be quite honest Walker sounds like someone who just crawled from his mother’s ass.

He reminds me of the joke about Gov Pataki (NY) when he was considered presidential timber. Unfortunately, it was in Pataki’s mind and his mind alone. Same for Walker but he seems to be making Pataki look more and more like a genius with every passing day.

No big surprise. Scott does not know if he was born or hatched, human or reptile, six string puppet or four string and fails to recognize his own ass from a hole in the ground.

Long after he has molted and fallen prey to a Robin his memorial will closely resemble that of Tricky Dick, just less trickier and more dickier…

He’s just palying to the base. These are words that the righ-wingers in this country find comfortably fitting with their preconceptions. These people are leading from behind and we are going to wind up with two electorates: One that embraces reality and another that embraces hate no matter that it costs the truth.

I know Walker isn’t.

And for sure if you read it somewhere it MIGHT be true,… whatever it was. Right?

The clown car is getting damned crowded it seems. They’re gonna need a trailer pretty soon…
If Walker really really wanted to know he could call Obama up and ask him. Ah, but that’s too rational. Not only does Walker come off as stupid he’s also mean spirited. All the evidence I have seen tells me that IT’S NOBODY’S GODDAM BUSINESS WHAT OBAMA’S RELIGION IS,
Walker is a plain old asshole.

I long for the day when we can get some real news around here again.

I’m not altogether sure what species Scott Walker is. Anybody know for sure?

“He thinks these kinds of gotcha questions distract from what he’s doing as governor of Wisconsin":

“What newspapers do you read?”

“Is the Christian president of the U.S. Christian?”

Republican versions of “gotcha” questions.

I’m not positive what species he is but he’s an invertebrate for sure.

This guy is toeing the Republican party line… never ever, ever, EVER say anything that could be construed as a positive about the president. Ever.

Ever.

He’s a regular fallacious double down.

Republicans may decry valid questions from journalists as “gotcha” questions, but they are still valid and Americans deserve to know who they are voting for. They may want to communicate in meaningless talking points but it’s those “gotcha” questions that show people who these clowns really are.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) said on Saturday he isn’t sure if President Barack Obama is a Christian.

“I don’t know,” Walker said when asked about it by The Washington Post at a DC hotel where the National Governors Association was holding a meeting.

The Post reminded Walker that Obama has frequently discussed his Christian faith in light of fringe claims that he’s a secret Muslim.

“I’ve never actually talked about it or I haven’t read about that,” Walker said, according to the paper. “I’ve never asked him that.”

You don’t have to ask him if he is a Christian; he already said he is. End of story. The real question is, why you doubt him.

“To me this is a classic example of why people hate Washington and increasingly they dislike the press,” Walker said. “The things they care about don’t even remotely come close to what you’re asking about.”

Duck. Dodge. Weave. Distract. In other words, the press is the problem, not your weasel ass.
Because I bet if the press had asked him if Romney is a Mormon, he would not need to ask Romney; Romney has said he is, no dispute about that. But Obama seems to be different.

“Of course the governor thinks the president is a Christian,” Webster told the Post.

Then why did he not state that?
Here, I’ll tell you. It’s not the shitty press or Washington. He didn’t want that used against him from people in his own party. PERIOD. He needs every last hanging chad from the right wing fringe of the Republican Party and if that means tap dancing around obvious questions, he’ll do it.

“He thinks these kinds of gotcha questions distract from what he’s doing as governor of Wisconsin to make the state better and make life better for people in his state.”

Oh boo fucking hoo. Walker thinks the press’ questions are bad? Oh he aint seen nothing yet. On the national stage, he’ll hear even more. The dumb ass questions Obama has to put up with - and answer! - are astronomical. Walker aspires to be president. Well buck the fuck up and put on your man panties, you’re in for a long ride.

He kicked your ass twice. He had bin Laden killed. He brought the country back from the precipice of a Depression. No real scandals in SIX FREAKING YEARS. He’s playing chess while the GOP is playing Candyland.

I need a 16kg salmon to slap all these degenerates in the face.

Pour some salt on him and you’ll get your answer.
