Hahaha, Walker gives his major ‘foreign policy’ speech (spoiler alert: foreign policy is really just about how Walker has experience getting yelled at by people in Wisconsin)… And now the media is going to just focus on what Walker thinks about what Boehner thinks about Cruz.
