Discussion for article #228826
Nice haircut, douche.
Vote Mary Burke. Restore sanity to WI.
âI donât think child labor laws serve a purposeâ
or even more to the point:
âI donât think.â
I would be willing to swear that just about all of Walker voters are either ON minimum wage or have someone in their family on it or someone who is a close friend.
This is where Ideology trumps Humanity. And I mean BOTH meanings of the latter.
I Donât Think Scott Walker âServes A Purposeâ
WHo needs money! Work for free dickhead.
I donât think Scott Walker is even useful as road filler.
Minimum wage is the only thing keeping gated communities from being ripped up by their foul unsustainable roots.
how can anyone with a job in Wisconsin actually vote for this douchebag?
Great, make all the âtwo to three times minimum wageâ jobs you want. But someone is still going to be working those minimum wage jobs and they deserve to be able to live on their wages. Does he think those burgers are going to flip themselves? I love this bullshit attitude that the problem isnât low wages, but that everyone should (and is able to) aspire to get an education and move beyond those jobs. If you go to work every day, you should be able to make a living.
What purpose does Scott Walker server? Possibly a Koch stooge?
It appears Wisconsin is no longer the state we thought it was.
Ask the Koch brothers whether they agree. Alternatively, read Charles Pierce: ââŚthe goggle-eyed homunculus hired by Koch Industries to manage their midwestern subsidiary formerly known as the state of Wisconsin.â Aaaaaand, scene.
Does he always look like such a doofus? Every picture I see of Walker he looks so dense. Can it be true?
YesâŚexactly my thoughts. He could have saved a breath and just stopped at âI donât thinkâ
Fetal alcohol syndrome.
He wants people to make 2-3 times minimum wage by holding down 2-3 minimum wage jobs. Its a definite winner with the Kochs.
I have heard that, but I donât know if its really true. Do you have a link on that? Thanks in advance.
It serves the purpose of guaranteeing that workers wonât be forced to work for starvation wages, because they have no other choice. I get the sense that Walker doesnât support the idea of any kind of protections for workers. I also get the sense that he has been bought off.
Wonder what hourly wage the minimally qualified Scott Walker would merit if he had to seek employment (without using political connections) ?
Seriously - in terms of credentials - he has a high school diploma - he is a full year + away from a bachelorâs degree - having quit college long before graduation.
