One time I tweeted that for those living in cities and suburbs an alarm system is more effective for home protection than a gun. Some #tcot retweeted me and I was inundated by one abusive idiot after another tweeting that I needed to be raped. This is how the right rolls.

As I say, nature doesn’t give a d@mned about public opinion. it’ll just keep on doing what it does no matter what. But the sheer volume of stupid that exists in this country remains a major concern.
