I hope this is the latest position. I was sick from reading earlier that they’d let Gorsuch through, if McChins promised not to kill the filibuster on Trumps next nominee. I thought I was back in 2004 for a second.

Not so sure. The GOP will lose the Senate in the Midterms, I think. They may throw it away, but they’d be cutting their own ability to obstruct the next Democratic Senate…
