Depends on the crimes, the evidence, and the political calculation that each Senator (Republican or Democrat) has to make. No one can predict that today.

It is the House’s constitutional responsibility to impeach if there is evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors. Unfortunately, Nancy Pelosi abrogated that duty last time.

Like I said, you cannot predict the crimes, the evidence, and the political calculation that each Senator (Republican or Democrat) would have to make next year.

Voting to not convict in the face of overwhelming evidence would be a hard vote.

Do you need to be reminded that Trump was not democratically elected President by a majority and is not popular?
