Life without parole is an effective improvement over the death penalty. But the condemned prisoners can never ever be allowed to get out.

These AP “reporters” need “authorities and prison experts” to tell them that someone dead/hanging from a sheet actually committed suicide but only need a judge to tell them that this kid was “mentally competent to stand trial”. I guess you AP reporters only need an “authority figure” when dealing with living people and not actual “experts”.
Yeah, tell that to the Foley family, I’m sure it will be comforting to them.
