Perfect (as are most of his one or two line comments … and longer explanations). This is why they fear and hate Schiff. Well, this and his vast knowledge and understanding of what’s been going on.
The smile on Schiff’s face tells it all. The GOP tried to campaign for his removal as Chairman. He beat them back and won. Now, he’s being vindicated by reporting from the very same newspapers that initially gave Trump/GOP the opening to spin the results of the investigation.
I think Senator Schiff after Harris wins the presidency is a better path for him.
And, he’s absolutely right on this, Barr was brought in to clean the mess up. It’s almost surprising that the story has turned now, I expected it to remain until the full Mueller report was extracted. It was always obvious that Barr glossed things over, but the reaction we’re getting from Mueller investigators sounds like they are royally pissed off about Barr lying and covering up over the obstruction they found. It makes it a lot more likely the full report will leak if it gets blocked, and will come out before the 2020 election. If Republicans fight to block it, and it comes out in, say, October 2020, they are toast…far better for them to let it out now and then try to contain the damage by dumping Trump as damaged goods. Good thing they won’t, that will just make them lose even more badly, I hope.
Yeah really he was specifically brought in to cover this up and Sessions was pushed out for not doing that.
Barr has dishonored THEM.
He’s going to be the Speaker come the next House. CA (appointed) Senator might come after that and then a winner in the next CA senate race.

I cant imagine anything that will render the Party of Treason or Cmdr Oranges “toast” at this point. The report will drip out, sure, but the ability of this festering mass of germs to remain viable is remarkable. We need a swift shocking event to snap the drones out of their stupor.

The ironic thing in all this mess is that Sessions was actually the honorable one, despite his shadiness…he recused himself when it was appropriate to do so, he stood up to Trump to protect the investigation, and he got pushed out because he obviously was not going to interfere in the outcome of the report. If he had stayed, Rosenstein would have overseen the output, and we probably would have gotten the executive summaries from Mueller’s team as the initial report.
I guess it just goes to show that everyone has their good points, hard as it can be to believe sometimes.

I doubt Sessions did it because he was good, he was probably more scared of getting caught and assumed or knew Donald is guilty.
From his latest statement, it looks like he’s vying to be Editor of No Shit Monthly instead.
