When Democrats are in charge they say “let’s look forward, not backward” when they refuse to investigate previous admin’s very real and demonstrable crimes. When the GOP is in power, they just make shit up to investigate.

Absolutely, I remember the GW state of the union address where they slipped in mention of “yellow cake” to rile up the base. It almost gets them foaming at the mouth faster than saying you’re going to take their guns away.

The GOP fervently believes that any connection to a Russian entity makes a deal inherently dangerous and a threat to the United States. The party will not stand for it.
