I think Washington University in St. Louis gets a presidential debate almost every time around it seems.

there will be four presidential debates in September and October, 2016

Then they continue on to list three. Next paragraph the vice presidential debate is listed.

Might it have made more sense to lead off with "there will be four general election debates … "
