True Blood is hardly misogynist. The strongest characters on the show are female. The phrase ‘misogynist attacks on women it disagrees with’ is really a stupid thing to say. Attacking a woman you disagree with doesn’t make you misogynist. Otherwise, everyone on the right attacking Hillary Clinton is misogynist. Ok, well, in their case it is probably correct.
