I don’t even know where to start with this.
Maybe getting up off the floor and wiping the tears of hysterical laughter out of my eyes would be a first step…
Being he’s a poster boy for vacuity and incompetence, I can’t say I’m all that shocked by Señor Frothy’s “shock.”
he’s also socked to find out there’s gambling going on at Rick’s
No other comment needed.
Given that Obamacare was originally a Republican plan, I’m not shocked that they can’t come up with anything else that still uses private sector insurance companies.

Santorum: How do you transition people from Medicare to Private Sector?
GOP: If they don’t pay, they will just have to suffer and die. Amerikan Jesus wouldn’t have it any other way.
Santorum is simply straddling this issue by feigning ignorance of the GOP’s inability to have come up with any alt-healthcare plan in the past 8 years. He is hoping he can ride any inevitable Republican Error on this issue back into political relevance, because he sees himself as the Savior of the Blue Collar Class that will surely be disappointed in TrampCare.
The GOP House and Senate leadership seriously thought that they were going to be opposing Clinton this year. #whoops #skipday
Yes, they thought that could milk that cow for another four years at least.
Now they gotta own it. Ahahahahhahaaaaaaaaaa!
There are currently eight of em (including Trump’s) and ten of em (if one includes the Nixon plan) for them to choose from.
The problems in just picking one were rather obvious…
Yes, Slicky Ricky IS that stupid!
The plan is going to be an interaton/hybrid of Price’s plan combined with Obamacare. Just under a different name, obviously.
Collapse state markets into one big federal marketplace by allowing policies to be sold over state lines. Remove the requirements for basic coverage and allow useless “catastrophe only” policies to be offered, thus lowering the premium costs…while at the same time “removing” the individual mandate and replacing it with a harsher individual mandate more in line with the criminal/financial penalties for driving without car insurance. To go with that, change Medicaid into block payments to states which can be vouchered off to poor people to buy these “catastrophe only” policies, or get arrested when they arrive in the emergency room without coverage. Something similar with Medicare, but on a phased time line…shortened because the repeal of ACA will shorten Medicare’s lifetime as a program. Which also fits in the repeated calls to make the VA a voucherized system, too.
Basically privatize all healthcare and criminalize not having health insurance. Keeping the under 26 coverage and the no pre existing conditions rules in place would be easily done, as the insurance industry would be looking at an even bigger windfall.
The “shock” comes from the fact that they haven’t already been spinning this “plan” for the past 6 years, and so, today they have no buy in to any plan. They want time to create the buy in(and there could be so slight changes to what I suggested…but thats more or less what I see them coming to), thus the “repeal and delay” position.
DUMBASS. Take your goofy know-nothingism and skedaddle off the public stage, will ya, you asshole!?
Actually, I blame CNN for inviting this moron on to discuss anything. Can’t we just, for once, consign really bad politicians to the dustbin of history, or at least never have to hear from them again?
Next thing you know, Trump will be appointing this guy to a newly invented post like Piety Outreach Coordinator or Czar of Unintelligent Design and Pseudoscience…
Santorum is the only one shocked the GOP has no replacement for the ACA. The GOP “plan” exists. Their actual desired replacement is: . . . .
Santorum demonstrates his stupidity every time he opens his mouth.
I feel sorry for the writers who have to wander through the vast mindlessness of these vapid “pundit” shows waiting to scoop up the verbal turd nuggets dolts like Santorum predictably excrete. Poor Jason Linkens did it for years at the HuffPost, but wisely got out of the game. Maybe writing 'fake news" would be a better gig than observing these depressing buffoons.
Get with the program Rick, (shakes head) you guys have had 6 years to craft a replacement to the ACA and what have you done? Not one goddam thing.
That is the definition of LAZY
My replacement? Expand Medicare to everyone and remove the Medicare/Social Security salary tax cap.
SIX YEARS FROTHY…SIX FUCKING YEARS!! Where ya been blockhead?
Oh yeah, running for office and being a perpetual loser.
