And for fucks sake, the Supreme Court didn’t change the “Foundational Unit” (you do know Christians didn’t marriage, that it was around long before your hippy Messiah walked the earth, you sanctimonious little prick), they interpreted the Constitution and came to the conclusion that the 14th Amendment applies to everyone, equally. So Santorum is now in favor of the direct election of Supreme Court justices?
Or he wants to strip the Supreme Court’s authority to weigh in on the constitutionality of laws?
