Discussion for article #237755
Rick Santorum = not a decent human being… never was … never will be.
McKesson just didn’t recognize him without his white sheet.
Why was he even there – other than for pandering?
sat next to me and introduced himself — I frankly didn’t know who he was
That why it’s called an introduction you inattentive ass.
People are so tribal. i was going to say it was nice for Santorum to sit next to McKesson during the service. Instead the Fox News host has to grill Santorum about who was next to him (to make sure he didn’t catch cooties? ) and the first five posters here princes of snark. No wonder America is going to hell. We are dividing into two enemy nations.
Whell, Rick, when you’re busy actually doing things and organizing events proving that you’re an actual human being instead of a walking pisspot you do a lot of things by phone even when you have to be somewhere important.
Maybe McKesson was trying to recruit Santorum into the Blah Lives Matter movement.
Rick Santorum: One of the greatest minds of the 14th century.
I don’t know who originally said that about Mr. Frothy, but it’s spot on.
Maybe they were just sitting next to each other in a service? I guess we can’t focus on the service can we.
Does “having religion” make you act like a jerk in church?
I’d like to give Santorum credit for being there but I keep remembering Blah people. So:
Shorter Rick: I was just there for the photo op. Who could possibly expect me to know who Deray is?
Santorum was in attendance for a singular reason, i.e. to calculate his next political move.
It was a joke. I’m willing to let bygones be bygones if it will result in an understanding. A come to Jesus moment that acknowledges race plays a big part in the many people’s opposition to welfare programs. I thought the Souther Avengers mea culpa was pretty good.
I don’t see why this is news. I was expecting an actual “ding” not a 'Hello, who are you?" sort of comment…
Hopefully DeRay wasn’t googling Santorum, that’s NSFC.
Typical of TPM these days.
I know it was a joke. I am just not in the mood for snark. I will get over my moment of worry about the future of our country and back to laughing at the “enemy” soon enough.
“The outside of the church was so beautiful, but inside was kinda blah” said the Frothy one…
I reject the notion that my disagreements with Santorum are based on tribalism. He’s not my enemy, he’s just wrong. I stop arguing when an agreement is reached.
