Fuck you frothy. It wasn’t about religion, it was about race. I’m sure Dylann Rook was a bible thumping Christian, y’know, your kind of ilk.

“What other rationale could there be” than an assault on so-called religious liberty? We need a clinician to tell us what the term is for a person whose obsessions makes him or her delusional.

This seems to be becoming the official Foxified-American line. The flags on the jacket and having parents who would give him the middle name “Storm” can either be ignored or taken as an excellent opportunity to relitigate Apartheid and the white minority regime in Rhodesia generally–though whether it will be justification and whitewashing the racism or whether they’ll blame liberalism remains to be seen.

Nope. Wrong again.

It was because they were uh, - “Blah” people. Rook couldn’t have cared less about their religion. If there were somewhere else that he could have thought of where “those” people congregate in large numbers then, he would have gone there to shoot them.

Why do you think they call him “Santorum?”

Yes this is an assault on “Religious Freedom”, but lest not forget black-on-black crime, and Benghazi

His middle name is “Storm?” As in Stormfront? Jesus God Almighty…

How heartless can these clods be???
Express sorrow for the victims and their families and then back away from the mic or Twitter machine, thank you.

How about an assault on political liberty?

Because his father was called Santorum?

I’m praying for Rick Santorum’s soul. It’s obvious he’s in turmoil and wrestling with his own internal demons. May peace be granted to all of us, even those that resist enlightenment and compassion.

Yes, it’s clear that he was referring to White Christians with this statement.

TPM:

Presidential candidate and former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) on Thursday called the attack by a white gunman on a historic black church in Charleston, S.C. part of a broader assault on “religious liberty” in America.

“It’s obviously a crime of hate. Again, we don’t know the rationale, but what other rationale could there be?” Santorum said on the New York radio station AM 970.

Gosh, I don’t know. What else could it be … maybe, oh what’s the word, it’s right on the tip of my tongue, begins with an “r” … roe… no, rah … rasta? No, um, ray … RACE, that’s it! I knew it would come to me eventually.

I’ll bet dollars to donuts that this murderer thought he was “protecting” Christianity.

I already called it on two points. First, that they stick to calling it a hate crime, horrific, evil, etc…but never introduce the word “terrorism” into their comments. (Jindal got it forced on him, which just goes to show how bad of a politician he is…a real front runner would have ignored that suggestion).

Secondly, that its an attack on Christians. Never mind that the probability of this guy self defining as Christian also, never mind that his comments were specifically about his victims being black. Facts SHALL NOT get in the way of a good meme, especially if it dovetails into the basis of your campaign.

EDIT: And Fox is going full bore with that approach. This piece of spin propaganda just blew me away.
