Yeah, I don’t know. I could have stood to see him hounded out of the Governor’s office, or at least not re-elected to Congress.
Normally, I’d leave the question of whether someone was a lousy husband out of the political equation, but he’s somehow managing to make that extraordinarily difficult, isn’t he?

OK, I’ll admit it. I treated some women in my life really shabbily. That being said, I was in my early to mid-20s. I wasn’t a fking elected official. Sanford, go find yourself a hole to crawl into, far away from electoral politics, and come out when you’re able to be a real man.
