Pope Francis has packed his Vatican with vulture capitalists and in an in-flight interview said that abortion to save the life of a woman is “what the Mafia does” and as regards LGBT people he “supports the Catichism” i.e. gays are “intrinsically disordered.”
Sanders should avoid the Vatican and the Pope like the plagues they are…period.

Put your money there.Sanders cares about economic issues. He’s talking to the Pope because, as he (correctly) says, Francis holds views even more radical than his own on poverty and inequality. I’ve got absolutely no problem with that - this is how politics should be done, using alliances to create strength. His purist supporters should take note.
But while you are there, Bernie, do not mention the phrases “same-sex marriage is legal in our great country”, “coat hangar abortions”, or “twelve-year-old boys”. The residents there get a little snippy when you say things like that.

I was undecided about the general, but I thought let me pay attention to what fans of Sec Clinton have to say and perhaps I can vote for her with some enthusiasm. Wrong. This is not a group I want to associate with in any way. I’ll vote Green Party, thanks, and, no, the end of the world will not be my fault.

Is it just me, or is Bernie sounding a LOT like Trump? The same fourth grade sentence structure, the same “she started it” excuses, the same non-pology and unexplained 180-degree reversal of positions (like Clinton’s qualifications).
Finally back to some real issues, like poverty and the economy. This is the most progressive Pope in history, as far as I can tell.
Good on Pope Francis, status quo is what he, and other religious leaders, have been speaking against, and Bernie will help them with that agenda.

Yeah, except for the whole not-letting-women-control-their-own-bodies thing, and the whole LGBT-folks-are-fine-just-as-long-they-don’t-actually-practice-their-sexuality thing, he’s just been unbelievable. God, Bernie is becoming such a shamelessly pandering douchebag.
You know you can’t just project stuff and it be true. As the other poster said, where’s the proof of your statement? And Sanders has no control over what Bernie supporters say anymore than Hillary controls what you say, so if there’s some snark being thrown Hillary’s way from Bernie supporters, shrug, that’s politics.
And how is this not an issue? Clinton has the reputation as being someone who not only takes money from Wall Street lobbyist/PACs/individuals, she also negotiates on their behalf. The system is borked, where 1% of the nation hold more wealth than the lower 95%…I don’t see Hillary addressing this with any urgency or concern on the same level that Sanders does.
And honestly, stuff like this doesn’t help convince people like me that she is on my side:
