good!
calling the pretender out on his lies…lets hope the dems don’t leave sanders out in the cold…and start acting like the opposition should.
and that means VERBALLY!..which is what the people want to see.

the pretender will be in a rubber room shortly after such a sustained strategy!

Good on ya, Bernie!

Keep up the pressure. From all sides. On all things.

Bravo, Senator Sanders! This is the way to handle Pepe - simply give him two options and tell him to choose.

I learned this method [the hard way] when my child was a toddler. One doesn’t ask a 2-year-old what he wants to eat for lunch, one asks him if he would like peanut butter and jelly or eggs. A young child, and a sick old man, can’t be asked anything that requires critical thinking but, by giving two options, the child, or man-child, is allowed to feel he has some control over the outcome.

We need to treat Pepe as we would a 2-year-old and that includes keeping him away from dangerous object, i.e. nuclear codes.

I tire of Sanders blowing smoke. He has always said the most obvious things.

As if Trump would ever admit to any lie.

Sanders would do more good if he stated specific consequences of Obamacare repeal. Inform people, in other words.

Tell them what they will lose. Only if they get pissed enough, as in the ethics case, and scream bloody murder to their representatives will the madness stop.

Silence complicity.

Admit that Trump lied during the campaign? He lied during the ENTIRE campaign, and everyone knows it–even his supporters. They just excuse it.

You state that you are tired of Sanders blowing smoke then move on to how we need to speak out. I for one am appreciative of Sanders and any other public figure that is willing to speak out in this age of intimidation. May he continue to blow smoke!!!

Sanders: Protect Health Care, Or Admit You Lied During The Campaign

Trump: Of course I lied. Amerikans voted for me knowing I lied. They love the way I lie. No one in the history of the world lies better than me.

My miniature pinscher, Huxley is a noisy, feisty little dog who has recently become incensed at the garbage collection truck and whenever he sees it, when I am walking him, or hears it in the house, he barks like hell, postures, kicks at the substrate with his hind legs and carries on like a mad thing. It’s quite impressive. He’s quite put off. And yet, the Garbage truck has not missed one pickup. Funny that.

Asking Trump to admit a lie is not speaking out. It’s a waste of time.

Read what I wrote again. Telling people, for instance, their “preexisting” conditions will be counted AGAINST them is a more effective way to fight repeal.

Nah. Given the audience, connecting Trump to “Liar” is effective communication, especially if part of your goal is to goad the Orange One into a tweetstorm. Getting lost in the minutiae is fine as part of the effort, especially preexisting conditions, but sometimes you need to write with your big, messy crayon and not your 0.5mm felt tip pen.

What you call “getting lost in the minutiae” will cost people their lives.

Are you a fool?

Sanders is a poor messenger: he preaches only to the converted, and always says the same things.

A little advice I’m sure you’ll ignore.

If you’re going to post 20-30x on every thread around here, maybe you should actually read what others write and try to avoid the ad hominem attacks. Just repeating your original point 10 times doesn’t make it any stronger. It actually weakens it because folks start ignoring you.

Ignoring you like I do starting in 3… 2… 1…

Who made you the boss? You are right; you are easy to ignore.

Addressing Republican leadership, he wrote: “We will demonstrate in their communities, jam up their phone lines and throw them out at the ballot box if they go forward with their plans.”

I don’t have any problem with Sanders voicing his concerns and taking Rump to task. Having said that, the GOP has no fear whatsoever, of losing at the ballot box because of gutting the safety net. None. The racism overcomes any fear of personal destruction the feral trumpers experience.

“Trump is a liar,” can be our theme. Just as “Obama is a Muslim born in Kenya” was their theme. We can repeat our theme over and over at every opportunity, as Sanders did here. Never stop.

Well, it’s pointless if one’s aim is to reform Trump. Of course he’s a lost cause. But it’s a good way to start driving it home to his followers that they are about to get reamed good and hard by the guy who claimed that he would help them.

A bit off topic, but is Bernie back to being (I-VT), or is he still (D-VT) now that the primaries and general are over?

His followers are dumber than rocks. Forget them.

The non-voters and third party nihilists elected Trump. Trump won Michigan by about 10,000 votes. Third party voters were about 220,000. Amazing.

These people need to scream to their reps.

Trump voters, except the 1%, will never wake up.
