Nope.
Next?
Nope.
Next?
Iām no leaker! Youāre the leakerā¦
I guess that Bernie gets more exercise than trump⦠at night, going back and forth to do the same.
I donāt hate Bernie. I donāt love Bernie. But I do object to a touting a recycled New Dealism as startling and revolutionary.
Granted, after Comrade Billās ātriangulationā, it was necessary to remind the Democratic Party where it came from. But New Deal is not Social Democracy is not Democratic Socialism.
And ā I really, really hate the Bernie Wars. Potato, Potatoeā¦
Show me the tax return, Bern!
I guess Burlington College was not available for the event.
By the way, where is Jane? She was ubiquitous last cycle, but I havenāt seen or heard from her this time around. Am I missing something, or is she in storage?
OT, but funny conversation that I had with my daughter (who lives in Bed-Stuy) while visiting my brother in Philadelphia -
After having brunch at Johnny Brendaās in Phillyās Fishtown neighborhood, we were browsing the local shops and galleries. I commented to my daughter that Fishtown has more hipsters than Brooklyn. She replied that I have never seen Williamsburgās Bedford Avenue L stop at rush hour.
But he, like Trump, is eminently caricaturable. If he were elected, the political cartoonists would be ecstatic.
The Return of the Grumpy Old Man now coming to a theater near you! With a double feature of the Sparkly Unicorn Parade in Vista Color!
Well, she did take and hide his speech and his glasses.

The Peopleās Republic of Burlington, currently undergoing a sad deviancy into capitalist-road revisionism, may or may not acknowledge its former Mayor.
Iāve been to Burlington.
Itās a nice place to visit.
In the summer.
But I wouldnāt want to live there.
Did you visit the coat factory?
Nope. There for a weekās ātraining conferenceā. Stayed in the downtown area, back and forth from hotel to fast food places and the local bookstores.
I was an enthusiastic supporter in 2016, but not this time. I would respect the senator more if heād step aside and allow history to take over. His time for a run has passed.
That should be weighed, I agree, but not all by itself or in the abstract.
All candidates have their pluses and minuses. Making comparisons is what elections are about, and if somehow it turns out that the octogenarian is, in my view, the better or best candidate, then he or she will (by definition) get my vote.
Heāll certainly need to do better in the New York and Alabama primaries if he wants to win the nomination.
If he does get the nomination, he will definitely get my vote.
Based on his age, actuarial tables suggest he has more than a 25% chance of dying in his first term. The idea that he could serve two terms seems even more remote.
If he is serious about running, he should release information about his physical condition now, and of course he needs to show his tax returns.
