That photo says it all. That’s what the Democratic Party needs - a fresh new face!

Lugosi looks like the Dramatic Prairie Dog there.

I’m actually surprised everyone here at least so far are Bernie haters. Not saying I want him to be the candidate this time but the claims that his raising the issues of medicare for all and minimum wage didn’t change the conversation are comical. How can you even say that with a straight face? So everyone despises AOC I assume also then? Weird mix here.

It was shameful what they put him through.

Unless you’re talking about the prairie dog, I choose to believe the “Ed Wood” version of the end of his life, where he had some fun and camaraderie and was treated as a professional by Wood’s bizarro repertory company there. If it wasn’t actually like that I prefer not to know.

Gee, maybe there are other issues to consider also. Just spitballin’ here.

Who looks younger and more energetic between Bernie and Trump?
Not so easy to say.

And yet the cutting-room floor is littered with footage of candidates who looked younger and more energetic.

Yes, I guess so.

I’m not a Bernie hater. I just want him to stay where he is and not be the Democratic nominee. Among other reasons, he’s too old - turning 80 years shortly after being inaugurated, and he won’t show his tax returns - a definite no-no this time around.

In the movie, Lugosi (Martin Landau) refers to Boris Karloff as “That Limey Asshole”. Even as a Karloff fan, that was a high point for me.

If there were a pissing contest between them, the results would dribble out over the better part of a morning.
