100% agree. I live in California and I’ve been beating on the Sanders Supporters I know and they are all going to vote for Clinton. They all signed onto Bernie as a vehicle to advance progressive ideas, not to try to help Trump get elected president. They are all to the LEFT of me. Bernie is now pushing several messages (1) pay attention to me, the super delegates will all flip to me, (2) the democratic party is corrupt and Hillary is just as bad as Trump.
The media though has finally started to say the obvious - Bernie is NOT a better general election candidate, rather he has not been vetted and attacked, and as such his negatives are lower. For the first time last night I head NPR say what we all know, which is that once his $17T tax raise gets dissected (and unmentioned his communist past [the Repubs will say present…] or sicko sexual rape fantasy writings or support for ayatollah Khomeini revolution in Iran which NPR did not mention) gets hit will $2B in attack adds he will do worse than McGovern did, and we will have president trump.
I just wish some real progressive like Warren would come out and say its over, before he further soils himself.

I am starting to worry about Sanders mental state. We had an election, and Clinton won - yet acknowledging the results of the election somehow means we are in a monarchy? I really don’t understand this guys logic.

You know, when Bernie first began to say he might run in 2016, I heard many Dems saying they hoped he wouldn’t run third-party, but now I wish he had, because without the (underserved) support of the Democratic Party that The Pure And Sainted Bernie Sanders cannot stand, he would be a non-entity by now. The only reason anyone still listens to him or even reports on him is because the news media wants someone to go after Hillary besides Trump and the Teabaggers, since DEM VS. DEM is sooooo much more fun to report on. And if Martin O’Malley had run an earlier and better campaign before Bernie entered the Democratic fray, Sanders would also be a non-entity, since there would already be a progressive rival to Hillary in the Dem primary.
