“…before asking Sanders supporters for donations to the campaign”
Grifters gotta grift.
I was watching television just now and the tallies were 47% for Hillary 39 for him… with some 20% of the vote in as far as I could see. Does he assume he’ll be winning, or is this really happening? If he does win how many delegates does he get?
actualy 48- 42 in his favor now. He will probably take it.
Mah twitter feed is showing me a screen shot from MSNBC and it says 13 delegates have been awarded to him.
It’s about the counties less people less representation.
He gave a speech earlier and said if he gets 75% of all the delegates from here on out he will be able to get all the super delegates to support him. Well that ain’t happening and I am beginning to think he’s been on the campaign trail to long and is suffering from delusions of grandeur.
Of course. It’s all those coal jobs that he’s bringing back to WVA, ya know.
Them coal mine owners have a bad reputation. It’s like rooting for the koch brothers to get even richer then what they already are. That bernie, he’s a funny guy.
I was shocked to find that NBC had called the primary for Bernie before any votes had actually been counted.
They have very sophisticated ways of determining this and it is rarely wrong.
Bernie picked up 13 delegates
It was an open primary in predominately White state; why beat around the bush?
Ah… Sanders will likely net one (1) more delegate than Clinton from tonight. From The Green Papers projection:
…and takes 29 delegates off the table leaving 926 pledged delegates total left to be decided.
Kornacki is just going thru the numbers. Needless to say Sanders is incredibly optimistic.
Harmless, no agenda, question for die-hard Hillary supporters–If, somehow, someway, Sanders finds his way to the nomination, do any of you refuse to back him?
Not sure I really qualify for “die-hard” Clinton supporter, I will back the Democratic nominee 100% though, and I will back Sanders if he is the nominee.
I would be extremely cheesed about it, but I would absolutely vote for Sanders. It’s not even a choice really.
All the logic on this site deals with avoiding Republicans generally and Donald Trump specifically.
At all levels.
Yep. Just wanted to see if I could flush out a dissenter among us. My own, personal, benevolent version of McCarthyism.
I will vote for the Democratic nominee, full stop.
