Oooh, Princess Hamhocks throws a snit.

Doesn’t like it when the questions get too pointed.

“I’m going to move on,” Sanders then said.

Acosta tried to ask a question once more, but Sanders cut him off.

“Jim, I’m finished here.”

This is how Trump addressed the experience issue:

The president did not pretend to make an argument that Jackson is actually qualified for the job of running a department that Trump has insisted is one of his top priorities. Instead, he said pretty much the opposite: “I know there’s an experience problem, because lack of experience. But there’s an experience problem — the Veterans Administration is very important to me.”

I am running out of epithets to hurl at Trump and his press secretary: she routinely denies that Trump said what there is a record of him saying, and Trump routinely takes every position there is on pretty much every issue that comes up. He doesn’t really know anything, he doesn’t want to know, and her job is to gaslight the media because, really, how else do you address the utter nonsense Trump spouts?

The Jackson thing: why, if he cares so much about veterans, would it make any sense to nominate someone who has no experience managing or leading a company, agency, department?

Well, I don’t think he does care about veterans, not in a real way. He cares only so far as he can leverage votes from them. But as the wife of a veteran who gets his care through the VA, I can tell you that people are anxious, worried that whatever progress has been made will be lost, and that somehow, they’re going to fck with things and make it worse. And why wouldn’t that be the case? Does Trump have one Cabinet Secretary that hasn’t made his or her department orders of magnitude worse?

But, I digress…sorry. Sarah Sanders wouldn’t know the truth if it jumped up and snatched her pearls off her neck - but in fairness, is there anyone who spends any time listening to Trump lie all the time who doesn’t lose his or her hold on the truth?

If Sanders comes to the podium one day in the uniform of the Georgia III% Security Force, we’ll know for sure.

When confronted with truth, liars can get testy.
Hamhock is an example.
