All the shitholes were taken, so we’ll just settle for being an asshole country.

Lest we forget that pro-choice rights are hardly the only ones in their crosshairs.

Making friends around the world.

But, the base loves it.

And it’s all about the base. And being a dick to the entire world.

What sick ugly cruel people Trump and his minions are. Racist, homophobes, rapists, pedophiles, and neo-Nazis are fine with the Trump crowd. Soon enough they will ban anyone with an advanced degree, because they fit the profile of Democratic voters. What sick vicious scum Trump and his appointees are.

Is there a similar requirement for heterosexual couples?

You mean the ones who come from countries where heterosexual marriage is illegal?

I’m not quite sure why ‘the base’ would like a policy that actually highlights same sex marriage. Odd, anyway.

Next time someone commends Charlotte for being progressive on LGBT rights remind them they agreed to host the next GOP convention. Might as well be renting your house out to Kim Jong-un for his birthday party.

Just another way to rally the evangelicals

Going? I think we’ve asserted eminent domain over a good portion of it and are paying surveryors to map out our territory there.

I wondered when & how Trump would first unleash some “payback” for the UN laughing at him… I doubt he’s finished either.

Just curious, what’s our visa policy about Diplomat “partners” if they’re not same-sex? Do unmarried, opposite-sex partners get a pass? If so, this is pure, unadulterated bigotry on display. It’s discrimination regardless, but doubly so if it turns out to be a double-standard like that…

I think it’s simpler than that. I think they’re doing this, as they have done a number of other things, not to further any articulable policy goal, or to appeal to the evangelicals, but solely to “upset the libtards - har-har-har.”
