Equality winning is a wonderful thing. The fact that this causes angst in the Commonwealth’s Liberty and Regent Universities, and is probably causing Kenni KooKooNellie much grief is just lagniappe.

Question: If a Right-leaning Supreme Court refuses to act as Republicans wish by doing absolutely nothing, are they still considered to be “activist judges,” or should they be considered “passivist judges?”

Possibly passive-aggressive Justices; certainly some of them are.
So, how long til a crusade is called against the RINOs in the SCOTUS?
God damnit, can’t we just legalize this and let a few extra people in the world be happy? It’s just way past time we get over the inevitably of gay marriage, stop messing with these poor people’s lives, and move past this period of bigotry? The energy required fighting this by those on the right is just irrational and unjustified at this point.
