Roy looked genuinely concerned when Cohen started talking about and getting out the detector. Watch his hands and legs. He looks like he catches on a bit toward the end - it appeared to be a pretty obvious set up by then, even with what old Roy could discern - but, damn he looked and acted nervous for awhile.

Since many decades ago I was born and grew up in Alabama, I regularly go to al.com website to read news about the state. You should go this morning and use the search function in upper right corner of home page, and search for Roy Moore. Multiple articles about how he is suing everyone, still butt hurt from losing election. But the latest is an op ed that rips into him for all his lawsuits, imagining what the judge(s) will say to Moore’s idiocy. But even more, so to speak, just click the comments balloon and read the comments. It is amazing to see how many citizens of the state see through him, but all too many still defend him and rationalize away and ignore his obvious character defects, and even his unconstitutional actions while TWICE being booted of the Alabama Supreme Court. FWIW, at the time I am writing this Monday morning, news of the pedophile detector had not hit al.com pages yet. I must go back and read the comments once it hits. With popcorn handy.

The only thing that amazes me about this stunt by SBC is the fact that Moore actually figured out he was being had and cut out of the interview.

SBC has always struck me as someone, maybe like Andy Kaufman, whose comedy consists of creating excruciatingly uncomfortable situations, and hence unfunny. But I think he’s found his metier and his natural targets now.

It is interesting that Roy Moore did not deny being a pedophile and child molester when the Israeli detector beeped around him. He simply said that he was married for 33 years.

I have a hard time giving Will or Buckley much credit for intelligence when they promoted a lot of BS that can be shown not to work as claimed. Just because it’s not quite as wild and slightly harder to disprove, they still seem to use a lot of questionable statistics and “facts”. And I believe that they know this and do it just to push an agenda that puts or keeps money in their pockets.
