Is it just me or does this make absolutely no fucking sense at all?

  • Subsidies are illegal
  • We are suing the executive branch over their allocation of money to subsidies
  • We are not going to discontinue the subsidies even though we are in complete control of them

This is what hypocrisy looks like when it’s done gestating.

…sounds just like last week. Wants to overturn Obamacare but reluctant to take the blame for the misery (of patients and insurers alike) that would follow immediately. Better to blame the Supreme Court for whatever outcome.
