So the married into money and the born into money have not officially met to decide how to screw over the plebes. How reassuring.

Allow me to translate:

“I really was gonna do this right out of the gate, but it’s now looking like I’ve gotta spend God knows how long shoring up support for it, so, whenever…”

Shorter Ryan: As soon as we impeach The Idiot and install Pence, I will have it fast tracked, bypassing even the senate. Kochs will take care of the rest.

So when all these medical costs are shifted to future seniors with Vouchercare, these seniors won’t have any money-- they don’t have pensions, they’ve had stagnant wages fro 25 years, and haven’t saved for retirement…what do they think will happen? Ryan will be retired with his Gov’t insurance, he won’t care. But as a practical matter, senior will take the brunt of this, and they really won’t have any money to cover the medical costs. What is the plan then?

Actually, it’s a totally resolved issue. The Republican base has been in favor of the total privatization of Medicare for years now.

There are lots of issues to be resolved regarding Medicare, such as “what do we do with all the dead bodies?”

In other words: " I just got off a conference call with Senators Murkowski, Capito, Collins and Alexander who just tore me a new one, because they would like to get reelected".

They’re gonna need help from the Democrats to impeach. I look forward to those negotiations.

One difference between the Democratic agenda and the Republican agenda is that the Democratic agenda has its own sense of urgency, because it’s usually about addressing a wrong or restoring a right. There is no natural urgency in the Republican agenda, because there is nothing inherently urgent about taking away rights and restricting access to healthcare.

Hold off until after the invasion of the Chinese mainland.

I’m gonna guess Ryan has reread “The Virtue of Selfishness” 100 times.

Bolting down the Louisiana Senate race for John N Kennedy.

That’s the problem with gym bunnies. They get all worked up and “pop” too soon.

My theory is that Ryan has binders and binders full of why and how to dismantle the social safety nets, what’s he’s working on now is how to present the info in 140 characters or less to our soon to be sworn in illiterate POTUS. Should Ryan make it into a musical or whodunit movie, or should he go with a School House Rocks anime?

My plan is to get a bucket of tar and some feathers and address the issue before it gets that far.
