In Ryan’s world it’s always the right time to throw poor people and disabled people and the elderly into the gutter.

Sadly, I know people just like that, and one is a doctor, an internist. A female doctor at that. Not my doc of course but I can totally hear her complaining about something like that.

If Ryan thinks that he needs a new clock and calander! The 4th recess plus the August recess gives Ryan/McConnell no time to pass a debt ceiling, a tax bill, an appropriations bill and a health care bill before all House members go into hibernation pending the next Congressional election.
