Will this go down in law books as the Animal House Defense, or the Animal House Attack?
When filing court documents, it might be best to ask “what would Giuliani do?” and then do something else entirely.

So, in the spirit of the week, can the US just tell Concord Management "Fuck you and the Russian horses you rode in on. You’re not entitled to be doing any business at all in the US if we think you’re fucking breaking our laws. Take your filing and shove it up your motherfucking asses. And GTFO of the US.
Agree completely, just a minor edit for clarity.
I’m surprised Trump didn’t say it for them.
C’mon, everyone. It’s not as if the Russian firm called the person in the Oval Office a M-F-er. Now that would be worthy of outrage, or danced in college–right?
I’m expecting some Big Lebowski quotes:
“The firm abides, man.” and
“Well, that’s just your opinion, your Honor.”
And we thought only Donald Trump could mock the U.S. legal system!!
Ve good. That’s vy vee know American culture better than Americans. Russian intelligence is superior. Look who’s in your ‘White House.’
Thanks for that, made me laugh.
I have to assume the intent is to piss off the judge sufficiently that he does or says something regrettable. If the motivation for actually mounting a defense is to see what Mueller has, and this judge ain’t giving them shit, why not provoke the judge into doing something requiring recusal? Then you get to try again with a different judge.
Other scenario is that they want a new trial just for the delay, but I don’t see what the benefit is there.
may it be thus
Hey Vlad! You still want to show me your cucumber?!
“It ain’t over, Mr. Mueller. Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? NO!”
They start stealing Lebowski and it may be war. Particularly if it is out of context. Pop culture appropriation is just wrong. Like a good rug, in the right place, it really ties the room together.
Concord Management is now requesting that the judge order Mueller to explain how his team learned of the information.
Um, cupcakes, you do know the USIC is still monitoring all of your phone calls, emails, texts, etc. to contacts outside of the US, right?
…“When the Russians invaded Afghanistan to fight terrorists?”
It’s possible for a lawyer to professionally defend an unpopular client. John Adams defended the British soldiers from the Boston Massacre.
These lawyers are dirty.
And stupid.
Just the right qualifications to join BLOTUS’s legal team!
If Concord Management were an Animal House character, they’d be Doug Niedermeyer -fragged by his own troops in Vietnam. Or maybe Marmalard, with their undeserved smugness.
