ISIS must be loving this – the Russians bombing non-ISIS Syrian opposition targets, Turkey shooting down the Russian plane, the U.S. trying to prop up Assad’s opponents as Russia tries to prop up Assad. And meanwhile, the Republicowards in the U.S. are doing ISIS’s bidding by rejecting Syrian refugees and throwing their weight behind the same “clash of civilizations” narrative that ISIS feeds on.
