What’s unbelievable is Giuliani suggesting that witness’ testimony is either ¨true¨ or a lie. OTOH, anytime Guiliani testifies, I’m pretty sure it is a lie.

Even though these people were under oath, the GJ is only there to decide whether to indict or not (preponderence of evidence). It would take an actual trial to get anywhere near a point that you could tell if witnesses were deliberately lying. BTW, it would have been nice to know what Wilson’s version of events were sometime contemporaneous to the shooting, instead of weeks later after some coaching.
