It was difficult to tell if Rubio wants to end life on the planet through nuclear war or through ignoring global warming. He did such a convincing job of making me seriously wonder, which he would ultimately choose, the decision apparently being a forgone conclusion in his mind.
Rubio is trying to whip up emotions to the height of those during the cold war just to get himself elected. It demonstrates just what kind of a person he is.
