Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip…
Save us Rubioooooooooooooooo!!! ROTFLMAO
CBS’ Major Garrett wrote:
Many Rubio advisers are torn, fearing an embarrassing loss in Florida could undercut Rubio in the future but equally fearful of the ramifications of quitting. It was unclear if Rubio was personally considering quitting, but advisers say his entire inner circle was forced into some tough conversations about the path forward and whether to continue.
unless Garrett (or any other reporter) is willing to give up names (as of now), the Rubio campaign needs to stop answering these queries. Now the Cruz camp should be applauded for these tactics, but Rubio had to have known that his turn was coming.
Getting out now and letting Trump waltz through Florida would undercut Rube in the future. I believe he stays in and just takes one for the party if he loses. He’s young and doesn’t know how to do anything else. He needs a government paycheck.

Rubio Campaign: “What the liberal media won’t tell the American public is that we won___ we won last place!”
(Ya’ gotta’ spin it to win it!)
Hang in there little Marco:
Did he even win one delegate yesterday?
After last night, does Florida matter anymore to his campaign?
What did the boots have to say?
And Hi, Eustace!
The Bush family – Poppy and Barb, George Bush the Dumb Torturer and John Bush the Acronym ¿Jeb? – have not had such an enjoyable moment of schadenfreude since George Bush the Dumb Torturer botched the execution of Saddam Hussein.
I suspect that Cruz’s ratfuckers are still hard at work.
Hawaii doesn’t have a minimum threshold, so he managed to eek something out there…
But otherwise… No…
On the one hand, I think this is Ted Cruz sending an intern to claim he’s part of the Rubio campaign in a bar full of reporters who have never heard of fact checking or multiple sources.
On the other, I’m really looking forward to Rubio watching his foundering campaign crushed against the rocks of his own home state, a final nail in the coffin of his political career.
TPM:
Rubio Camp Rebuts ANOTHER Report That He May Drop Out Before Florida
Sharks circling the chum.
I don’t know if Rubio’s campaign is talking about quitting before Florida, but I do know that Rubio should quit before Florida.
Donald Trump is going to win Florida and completely kill Marco Rubio’s political future in the process. Rubio can not afford to take that loss. The truth is Rubio should have quit after Nevada. Now he is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
He will only have a political office in the future if he get appointed to one and he will only get appointed to one if a Republican other than Donald Trump wins the White House. That probably won’t happen under any circumstance that is likely today, but the scenario that gives the best chance of that happen is if Marco Rubio drops out and endorses Ted Cruz before Florida, whether Ted wants his endorsement or not.
