This stupid suit won’t survive first contact with a judge. It’s going to be dismissed in 2 seconds. It’s a publicity stunt so Moore can show his crazy-ass supporters that he’s “fighting back” against all the totally unfair smears of his character, and they shouldn’t feel bad about continuing to send him donations. Wow. Talk about stupid is as stupid does. This is the best thing Moore could do for SBC and his show. SBC and CBS could move to have the case immediately dismissed, but i bet that they won’t. They’ve to to be thrilled at the prospect of discovery. SBC would love to have his lawyers depose Moore and his past victims, with SBC in the room.

I would correct the article to say that Cohen inferred that Moore was a pedophile. Moore is the one who implied it.
